Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it will be dispatched either the same or the following working day. Your parcel should be delivered within 1-3 working days from the dispatch date.  (Orders placed from outside the UK can take between 3 – 10 working days).  We use Royal Mail as our preferred method of delivery.

Standard UK delivery price is £5 on all orders.

If you wish to cancel or amend an order, please do so quickly in order to stop your order being dispatched. Please email [email protected] to let me know straight away.

You will always receive an automatic email confirming your order. When ordering, please type your email address carefully.  Check your spam/junk folders if you haven’t received a confirmation email within an hour of ordering. If you still haven’t received a confirmation email, please message [email protected] to ensure that the order has been received.[/vc_message][mk_padding_divider]

Delivery rates are calculated by weight & most items are sent out by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which costs £5.00.  We can do international shipping, please contact us before you make a purchase so we can check delivery costs.

Orders are posted as soon as possible & should arrive within 1 – 3 working days.  All parcels are carefully packaged and can be gift wrapped on request, please just send us a note at checkout.  Please let us know if you’d like us to include a handwritten card to the recipient.


We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 14 day return/exchange policy for items that are unworn and in perfect condition.  *Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange earrings, for hygiene reasons.  We are only able to refund or exchange on these products if the item is faulty*

We are a small business which is why we offer a 14 rather than 30 day refund/exchange period.  We would appreciate it if you could please honour this. We have the right to refuse a refund or exchange past this time limit.  NB – Christmas returns/exchanges are available up to and including 15th January.

We really hope that your order arrives safely, but in the event of any product being faulty or incorrect, please contact [email protected] with a photograph of the problem.  Please state whether you’d like to be refunded or sent a replacement (stock permitting).

If you’ve changed your mind then no problem, please just return the product, unworn, within 14 days.  Please also include a note with your name on it and let us know whether you want a return or exchange.  Please contact [email protected] for the returns address.

The cost of the return will be your responsibility.  Please get proof of posting as if the parcel goes missing, you will be required to cover the cost of the product.

Once we receive your return, we’ll refund you.

NB:  European and international outgoing postage rates will not be refunded.

Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to show up on your account.


If you’d like to exchange a product, please contact us and we can arrange this for you (stock permitting).  You will be responsible for returning the product (contact us for the returns address) but we will send out the exchanged product free of charge.
